She would have to be watched, of course, but he was assured that she would do her job. He took her hand and kissed it, knowing she would hate his presumption. "Good evening, my dear. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to call."

He shot her a pleasant smile then turned to leave, feeling quite satisfied.
