"That... that is a good idea," Anatoly said with surprise. It was the obvious thing to do - not only was it a way to make himself useful and give back to the community that had been so good to him, it was also a way he could atone for the guilt he felt. It had taken him a long time to learn, but chess wasn't nearly everything.
